Unboxing my experience

From the well-managed check-in to the sparkle of an impeccably-clean pool area, my stay was gratifying. The location is a gem, with access to local food and sights just a stroll away. Spacious rooms and friendly staff contributed to a comfortable escape, with ease of access to travel options for day trips.

Clean facilities, excellent pool area, proximity to ADO bus station

The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy!!! Additionally, the wifi speed was frustratingly slow!!! It would be helpful to have a more alert night reception process!!!

Great pool area!

We enjoyed a fantastic time at this hotel, especially when the staff quickly fixed our bedside lamp and gave us great tips on local cenotes and baseball games. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the food nearby was tasty and affordable. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our experience! 😊

Basic Comfort with Helpful Staff

I had a satisfactory one-night stay. The staff were helpful, and the air-conditioned room was surprisingly comfortable. Remember to try the small restaurant for a light meal. it’s a hidden gem. Perfect if you're just looking for a place to rest without any frills.

I have stayed at Hotel El Espanol Centro Historico many times in the past. This trip, I was traveling with my friend, and we both agreed this hotel is exceptionally well-managed. The staff was excellent and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great with easy access to the ADO bus station for day trips, and there are plenty of nearby food options and stores. We especially loved the clean pool area where we could relax and soak up the sun.

The staff were exceptional, especially the young man at the front desk who handled my check-in with great efficiency. The room was spacious and kept clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere to unwind.

The other receptionists did not match the quality of service I received from the young gentleman.

What a find! The location is just perfect, right across from the bus station. My room was spacious and clean, and the A/C did its best to cope with the heat.

The bathroom amenities were about as exciting as watching paint dry. And, let's just say the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on holiday!

Location near the bus terminal is a plus, and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations. However, room cleanliness varies, Wi-Fi connectivity is poor, and there can be significant noise from the street at night. Good for a short and simple stay.

Comfortable room, clean amenities, excellent wi-fi connection and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring, located just 5 km from the nearest airport.
